COVID 19 Status Update

To all our clients and prospective clients please be assured we are all still working during this very difficult time. Our on-call staff is still there 24 hours a day 7 days a week for any and all emergencies.
Our very hard working and responsible caregivers are taking every precaution to protect the clients as well as themselves.

Caregivers are encouraged and in the process to get vaccinated ASAP. While this process will take some time all caregivers  have access to all necessary (PPE) protective supplies; including face masks, face shield, gloves, shoe covers, disposable gowns as well as hand sanitizer; and are encouraged to wear them while with clients at all times. In addition, caregivers have been encouraged to wash their hands at the start and end of every shift and in the case of prolonged shifts to wash their hands more often. They have also been encouraged to monitor their own health and if they see any signs of a cough, shortness of breath or a fever to call the office to arrange a replacement.

Everyone’s safety health and well-being is essential to all of us. Therefore we have also modified our protocol for starting new service and until further notice all client interviews and agreements will be managed via telephone as opposed to in person.
